Finishing touches to a PHP profile/social site

Hello,
I am looking for someone who is very confident in PHP to come and finish off a site I have been working on as the previous coder has been taken to long.
The site is a profile/social site and a lot of the site is complete however there are a few things (such as the thumbnailing of pictures, uploading , admin control panel etc that need completing) along with a look through the code to find a couple of bugs in the code that need sorting.

Please include examples of your previous work, especially if you have worked on profile/social based sites previously. I have a number of sites that I want to work on so ideally you will be cheap and confident that you can work with complex php as then once this is finished we can work on more in the future.
