Final Touches to a Profile site

Hello, I have been working on a new website and am looking for someone to come and quickly finish it off as the current designers have been taking far too long. The site is a profile site and most of the site is complete however there are a few things (such as the thumbnailing of pictures, uploading videos etc that need completing) along with a couple of bugs in the code that need finishing.
I am hoping it can be finished within a week or something like that, but if you need longer that would be fine as long as you tell me how long you think it will be. I have a number of sites that I am working on so ideally you will be cheap and confident you can work with complex php as then once this is finished we can work on more in the future.
