Dive Bar-Joomla Website that is Mobile App friendly

CLIENT:

I am looking for an individual who can design me a mobile phone friendly website template in Joomla (I'm familiar with Joomla) so that I can integrate my text and designs within the site. Things that I cannot do myself, I will look to you to assist me with.

Periodically, I will need assistance updating the site with new banner ads (which I will design, just need your help to post) and tile ads, and perhaps new menu items. This will be separate billing on an hourly basis.

The site will contain the following menu items

Home page - with two sidebars so I can drop in tile ads

Gallery - this will be for pictures

News

Merchandise - no need for shopping cart at this point

Events

Games

Contact Us

If you have suggestion about how to make this an easy site for people to pull up on their mobile phones, that would be very helpful. This site will be for a dive bar.
