Customize A Wordpress Theme

Hi, I am using Anglepane by PlanetStarta [url removed, login to view]
AnglePane is fully ThemeStarta compatible.
I am looking for someone who can tweak this to be a portfolio showcasing both videos and images.
I would love the slider on the home page and below that, thumbnails from each category (video, writing, logos, etc).
I would like for each category to have it's own portfolio with forward and back buttons and showcasing 5 thumbnails on each page.
In each portfolio I would like to be able to link to each example indivitually but on the website I want people to click the thumbnail and have a lighbox pop up with the full image or play the video.
I would also like the background colors of the theme changed.
Here is a good example of how Anglepane has customized in the past [url removed, login to view]
I like the colors and the header (I don't have a customer header graphic yet though) but I don't want a blog on the home page.
I'd rather have thumbnails back to the portfolios similar to what they have done with the different font categories on [url removed, login to view]
I'd like the portfolio pages to be laid out similar to this
