110790 CubeCart Template/Skin Design

I am looking for a creative individual to design me a professional looking ecommerce template/skin for Cube Cart. You must have experience in using Cube Cart and PHP. The template must auto adjust to the screen resolution of the viewer with no scroll bar on the bottom of page to see the rest of the page. The template will have a left and right columns with navigational on the left side. You must have PHP experience for some PHP site coding. Please no stock templates. Please let me see some of your ecommerce website template/skins you have done recently. I am only looking for experience professional for this job. I am looking for the template to be completed within a time frame. If you are interested I will provide several websites to get an idea of what I am looking for and my current website. You must be able to communicate using msn messager. Show me what you are capable of designing. Payment as follows – 1/3 payment once jpg of template is produce. 1/3 payment once install on my server Final payment when template is working to my specifications.
