Cre Loaded Store Create & Design

I have at present a creloaded store with a custom template I am happy with but needs some work. I would like to set up a new domain with seperate sub directories, each with a version of the main store on. I would like the following set up for this project: -2 subdirectories set up with creloaded & template installed with further instructions on how to set up subsequent sub directories in the future. Cre Loaded must be provided with this. -all directories must use the same shopping cart i.e. creloaded must be able to use the multi stores functions (if necessary they will share the same database for ease). -An html version of the creloaded page set up for the main domain page which will link to the relevant subdomains and be easy to edit with instructions on how to do this. We have example of this currently in action, again this will be provided to the winning bidder. - Search function / shopping cart must work across site, similar in functioning structure to www.amazon.com. -all domains must have SEO friendly URLs set up across the stores and main page (possiblity of mod-rewrite across site). -Would like relevant links to google bookmarks / digg / yahoo myweb etc.. for SEO. -All code must be W3C compliant so website loads as fast as possible. -Paypal website payments pro integrated professionally across the site with relevant design and API functionality. -designs and logos placed in required parts of the site -Google checkout and analytics installed -Dynamic Site Map installed. -Dynamic Meta Tags functioning correctly. -Data entry of circa 200 products with images. We currently have over 200 set up in a feed which would need to be installed. -All product pictures inputted with SEO titles. These must be standard sized throughout the site with small / medium / large versions of each. -Professional Website design for ease of operation, similar to what we have now (url example will be provided for winning bidder, case of copying this structure.) Dynamic CSS header to be in place. This is a project I would like to complete myself but I do not have the time at the moment so any help would be greatly appreciated! Obviously this is something that I will be working on long term and would be great to find someone that would be available for further freelance work. Would like to also see examples of previous work relevant to my project. We are currently changing programmers as the last programmer has gone way way beyond their timescale and communication line has been extremely poor. If this could be completed very quickly this would be a huge bonus for us. Any questions please dont hesitate to ask.
