This job will be awarded to not the lowest price bidder, but to the one we feel comfortable with after having interviewed him/her through PM.
TEAMS AND COMPANIES ARE PREFERRED since we require different skill sets, as seen in the list a few lines before.
We do not require the fastest work, since quality is the main concern. Workflow as expected:
We give you a sketched out wireframe of the navigation layout and will describe which sites should represent what.
You then go ahead and make a rough design wireframe and wait for approval. this process will go on, till we are completely comfortable with the result. After, you will be given text elements in German and English. You will code everything according to specifications on your server. Only after final approval from us, you will be given FTP access to our hosting server and will implement the website as quick as possible.
Good news is, that you will be awarded with a service agreement of we are satisfied with your work, and if we see after a certain time periode, that there have been no threats to the site due to backdoors in the coding.
Be aware, if you do not feel comfortable with all elements of requirements, that you should not necessarily bid. Because,..
Concerning Milestones, payments and Bonus:
As you can see in my rating, there is no concern that you wouldn't get payed. Thus and only because we have several high priority requirements, we will not make or release any milestones before the final result. Only after the website has passed final approval you will be paid 70% of the total amount. After it is completely installed to our hosting server, you'll receive the 30% left.
Additional costs for Stock Photos will be only paid after we have seen the receipt!
I am always happy to give bonuses if the work is outstanding. So deliver to our full satisfaction and you will easily receive a very good bonus!
One final thought. Since there are plenty of bidders out there, that just blindly bid on every new entry, I require you to bid with the word evian; as the first word in your PM. If this is not given, you will not be considered at all. Because if this is missing, we know that you did not read through the text thoroughly.
