Contact Management - Link with ACT! CRM

I require a conatct management Tool That will help National teams to plan their trips . This menas that each one of the Team will have a contact and a delegation profile. Each one will have a travel information in groups or Alone Each one will have Outfit details. The whole package can be developed from scratch or can be linked with CRM existing packages (like ACT) the whole Package must be easily expandable and customisable. The whole Pckage will be sold on a subcription basis to users that can customise their look and feel. The whole package must have a section where the Admin can select if he wants specific data to be published in a common [login to view URL]: 1. I must be able to set the starting URL from which the CRM will intitiate from on the websites. CRM will be password protected. 2. The spider should contain its own database of products, professions and service such that it can use these as a basis of initiation of searches. Data is to be extracted into XML or ASCII format For the Full Functinality you Should Check at My Requirements: 1. You will be easily contacted. Either by phone, or you will be required to answer any e-mail I send to you within 10 hours time. 2. Must speak and write english well. 3. Code must be well commented in english. 4. All source code must be given to me. 5. I would prefer if this was written in my Sql or in an open Source language 6. I would like this done by no later than Decem 1, 2007. 7. Must be able to run on any on the Sites that will be hosted on [login to view URL] 8. Payment is thourgh Escrow Account once the Software is finished.
