Please read this project in detail. I need someone who is a good programmer and [url removed, login to view] have a current website in Joomla 1.5 to be upgraded to 2.5 ( [url removed, login to view]).
1. Apply some modification to the main page ( please see attached mock-up). mock up based on [url removed, login to view] and if it is easier to just copy template it's also fine with me. please be guided with mock-up though
2. Animate hover on the " Products we are proud of" [url removed, login to view] slider text to be implemented just like [url removed, login to view] 4. banner design to be provided
3. Banner design to be similar to [url removed, login to view]
4. place order as customer through phone or e-mail module.
5. Mega menu to be implemented on products menu with some pictures . please see sample [url removed, login to view] product menu
7. Products Menu will split into two categories- Consumer Products and Professional Products. Consumer products will have a shop now button/image and will be accessible for consumers to buy. Professional Products category will have product descriptions but with no pricing.

8. Professional Page, there will be a custom log -in asking for license number and restricted registration subject to approval of [url removed, login to view] Professional's Log-in, I need an order form ( if someone can edit this extension for order form [url removed, login to view]) which is very simple and not e-commerce at all but with the ability to calculate everything and enable customer to choose payment through paypal, offline payment or [url removed, login to view] CIM module ( i need CIM and not SIM or AIM, please check new hosted CIM solution on Authorize.net. Shipping calculate can be flat rate or to follow upon finalization of order. Professional's only need a 1 to 2 sheet order form then they can pay. Order confirmation will be sent after order is processed.
Some products will be shared by professionals and consumers but with different pricing structure. Professionals do not need to shop with the normal shopping cart.

10..Professional's log-in and registration custom form to include license number, state of licensing, type of license and agree to terms and conditions. Professional's registration will be subject to approval of administrator. 11. Events registration with payment module which will be similar to the order form used for professionals.
12. professional's page will contain downloadable documents such as logos, catalogues, science.
This is an urgent project- 14 days ( deliverable on September 4 or 5) is ideal but if you need just a little bit of longer time then that is fine.
The rest of the requirements in on the word document attached because it does not fit in here.
I am also open to having this website as a magento/cms store as long as there can be a special ordering form for the professionals and events registration.
