Classified Ad Website & Database Design

Requesting proposals for the implementation of a new classified ad service website for a particular type of product, very similar to craigslist.com. The website supports account registration and modification, ad creation, modification, display, browses and searches, form validation, account log-ins and log-offs, and moderator ad control. Website design and database creation are also required. A software requirements specification document is provided to outline all of the requirements of the system. An initial database schema is also provided with a website design template that may be improved on or scrapped depending on proposals. The front end of the site needs to be created in html, javascript, and css, the backend in PHP 5, and using a MySQL database. All project code, configurations, and files will be checked into an SVN repository, where commits are expected at every milestone. An excellent web designer/programmer is sought who can implement formally captured requirements. Proposals should include designs and estimates of time and costs for this effort.
