cannot login zencart admin

i have one site which created by zencart
before it is working well,but these days cannot login admin panel
After i input admin username and password,
then it takes around 1 minutes ,and display error code:
2006 MySQL server has gone away
in:
[select * from coupon_gv_queue where release_flag='N']
