Building Chinese website for the Chinese market in China

Looking for experienced web page builder to build a Chinese website to market to the general Chinese market. Must be fluent in written Chinese. Must have experience in web development and know to be get top placement in top search engines in China to create traffic to the site. This website that I am looking to create is a generic real estate website that would talk about why this is the best time to buy and how to invest in real estate properties in the United States. Not a complicated website at all. Only maybe 6 pages or so.
