Wired Pop-Ups showing in my webpage

I have some website in wordpress, and today some wierd pop-ups like spam are showing in them.
I can't find what code or script are running them, I need someone that can look into the webpages and find that script and remove it.
One of the pages is [url removed, login to view], another is [url removed, login to view] when you acces an article is when it shows.
