Application Validation System/Web Admin

I am looking to have a system built to validate the use of an installed windows application for paid users. This system will be built into an installable application and will verify the users usage in a maintained database. The main function will be to allow usage to verified users, while being able to deny usage at a later time if necessary. You should possess skills in C++ and Php/Mysql. The system will consist of 2 components. The first component will be a validation component that will be implemented into an application that was developed using Borland Tools 6.0 C++. This will be in a simple pop up window when the application is first started, and then will verify in the background every time it is opened again. The administration component should be developed in php/mysql and will be web based. It will allow full logs of usage and give admin ability to deny or allow usage based on the users crudentials. The database will maintain the users information and will either give them access to continue using the installed application, or will deny them and not allow them to continue using the application. The administrator will be able to deny access whenever desired. The implementation of the application component will be completed by the original developer, and should be easy enough to implement. If you have some type of example to show your skills, please provide. It is extremely hard to choose someone without a detailed post and examples if possible. So I will expect details at the very latest. If you are not able to type detailed repsonses during the development, this project is not for you. I like to be informed through the process. I am hoping to accept a bid a range anywhere between $200 to $350 dollars. Bidding on this project will only accept bids for a few days. If you are able to begin work immediately, I plan to choose very soon. Upon a bid and a detailed message, I will send more details about the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 2 components First Component in C++ to implement into current application Second Component in PHP/MySQL to maintain a web based administration database
