I would like to have a link on the sales order page to create a new project.
When the project is created it must automatically calculate the project value and also the budget value must be entered.
The total values in the table which contains the services and the products for each line item on the sales order page must be transferred to the projects field.
I would like to be able to add more than one sales order to a project. If it means the initial project must be manually created, so be it.
We have created a employee sheet which contains all employees and the service they offer including their respective cost to company.
I would like a timecard integrated into the project module.
In the first column i must be able to select which employees i want to use for the project.
Similar to selecting services or products when doing a quote. to the right of that i want 7 days worth of entries in order to input time worked per day.
There should be a calculation to calculate total hours worked per person.
Each persons hours must be multiplied by there internal rate and then deducted from the total value generated from the sales order relative to the service they proivide.
The same must be done for the products but this will be taken from purchase orders created which will be allocated to a specific project.
Whoever wants to do this will receive a excel sheet to give more detail regarding the timesheet explanation etc.
Essentially i would like all costs for a particular project to be deducted from the total project value in order to monitor the budgets for all projects.
