Whois Program - Windows XP/Vista/7 Support

Hi, I want someone to build me a whois pogram for windows. basically you enter in domains names eg. www.freelancer.com and it provides all whois information for the domain and displays in program window in front of you.- and allows you to export in to TXT and HTML. this has to work on ALL KNOWN domains - so must be able to interact with users input and query the right server etc. must also be able to support a list (eg. [login to view URL]) of domains to check and export each whois query to individual files in specified folder eg. [login to view URL] also need o have to ability to export all info to one file. (txt and html) must have room for leadboard banner on op with my advertising which you click and then opens in web window. program is simlar to whois ultra by analogx but has obvious differences like displaying results in front windows etc. i want an installer made with the program and i to create a shortcut on desktop. the program must also contain a link to my website/software page and logo in bottomn right corner. budget is strictly $30 - thankyou. budget is $30
