Webscrape Tutorial

I am learning VB as I wish to write a few quite similar webscraping applications but I would like to be hand-held through the first one by a patient coder. It will be like a private tutorial for me. The coder will essentially write it and guide me through it like a tutorial. I'm pretty web savvy and quick on the uptake, so it shouldn't be a huge issue but naturally there'll be a little more time than normal spent communicating. Its therefore also essential that the coder has a very good grasp of English and can explain things coherently.I have VB6 but would be happy to upgrade if necessary. The first project is to create a betting price comparison table for horse races. The on-course prices will be picked up from [[login to view URL]][1] and the exchange prices will be picked up from [[login to view URL]][2]. The app will show the list of horses, the current prices from both sites and calculate the difference. I have a rough layout which is attached. A fairly simple application but very useful. I not only need an efficient coder but someone who can explain what they are doing simply and coherently. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
