I need to create an access database for school within 4 days. It will be for a mail list. PLEASE NOT TOO TECHNICAL CODING-only use microsoft access, microsft word and vb or vba. I need a switchboard and data entry pages. The fields I need are first name, last name, Title, Business name, Address, City, State, Zip, Telephone, Email, and a text box for notes. I need navigation buttons to add/delete/print records and exit the form to return main switchboard. I would like an email icon on the form to have the ability to send an email to the typed email address. I need 4 forms with the above information. I need reports for mailing labels with the ability to select different types of manufacturer labels. Another report would allow me to select a business name and bring up contact information from all 4 forms. Not really important, but a nice touch - I would also like the ability to export first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip into microsoft word to type a letter.
