No More Bids, please - VB Programmer Needed NOW Until Project Complete

**Update:** **I am working with a programmer, who will quote a total rewrite, which he feels is necessary. I don't really want any more bids, but thanks very much to everyone who did bid. I wish you luck in other jobs, and I may be looking for you!** I have been jerking around with lame-o coders for weeks. Okay. Maybe they're not lame-o. Maybe they just don't know what they're doing. I absolutely must finish a project immediately. It is nearly 9 pm here on the East Coast US, and I will stay up all night with you if I must to complete this project. Obviously, you must speak good english so we don't waste a bunch of time communicating. Please provide an hourly rate, and bid at least 4 hours of time, which I believe will be necessary. If it takes you less, then you make a larger hourly rate. It's as simple as that. I will not be able to pay you until the client pays me. Because of that, I will need to test installation of the application, and all features. You don't release source code until I've paid for the application, but you must release source code at that time. Problems are: --not able to see the data in the MDB file --crashes upon saving data --unable to email unless Outlook is installed and running (minor! we'll only fix this if we have time) --slight changes need to be made to the interface to account for loss of email capability I will provide the program files to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
