I want a really simple VB example code which can connect to a proxy server. And ask it to **start listening on the given port** for incoming connections over SOCKS protocol.
This should be very simple for a coder who has worked with SOCKS protocol before. Till now, I have been successful with connecting with a proxy server (thru SOCKS protocol). I know how to make the proxy server to connect to a given IP at given Port. But I do not know **how to make the proxy server to "Open a SPECIFIC Port" and start listening for incoming connections over SOCKS protocol.
** Please note that i do not want to know how to open any arbitrary or random port on proxy server. I already know that. I want to open a FIXED port on proxy server not just any arbitrary port.
Your solution can be a simple VB Example sourcecode or anything (maybe a document) that describes me how to do the same.
