File Store Sync Module [P22a]

VB.net GUI Module required to handle sync of files from local file-store ( any Win O/s 98-XP etc ) to FTP server . Includes reading from mysql db for parameters and e-mail generation. Full Pseudo-code available - outline below : 1. Module starts ??" load and check parameters 1.1. Load Parameters : 1.2. Check All Parameters populated ??" Warn if fails : END 2. Healthcheck and notify user of system status ??" Warn if fails : END 3. Use ftp to get list of existing files held on portal by concession code 3.1. FOR EACH concession 3.1.1. Scan remote filestore sub-directory for concession to get file list ( cache list locally ) 3.2. END 4. Identify files held on local file system that are not on the web portal and publish GUI will be a single frame containing a scrolling log of information as the module runs - plus a GO button and a QUIT button. Should be delivered as a Visual Studio 2003 .net compatible source code module, with associated vb project files. Prefer no active-x/third party tools to be used. .net framework only. Testing environment will be made available inc FTP server, mysql server, SMTP server, local filestore and mysql table samples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Client : Windows - from 98 SR2 onwards FTP/SMTP/MYSQL server : must not be platform/version dependant
