Creation of Stylish CD Interface

Looking for a developer to create an exciting, arty, stylish interface for a MIDI collection CD. The CD will contain a folder containing numerous subfolders, each bearing the artists name (ie, "AndyWilliams"). Inside each of these, you will have the actual tracks (ie, "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]"). The interface needs to be able to allow the user to browse by artist (some code needs to be written to parse out capital letters, so AndyWilliams becomes Andy Williams), then by track. The interface also needs to allow the user to search for a track, play it and copy it to a floppy disc. There also needs to be a section where the user can select a lyrics site on the Internet, and either visit or search. Any integration with an existing lyrics server preferred, but understandably difficult, so this is not a requirement. In brief: we require the creation of a MIDI CD interface, a sort of stylish, customised Windows Media Player, with links to search lyric sites. No copy-and-paste bids please.
