Please read carefully , and if you can make what I need.
-You must know how to create Macro in Microsoft Visio
-You must have the following software loaded onto your PC
-Microsoft Excel 2003 or later
-Microsoft VISIO 2003
Create Macro In Microsoft Visio
In the attached Zip folder you will find a Microsoft excel 2003 spreadsheet named TEST. This spreadsheet has 3 sheets named "Page_01", "Page_02" and "Page_03". There is no data on any of the sheets.
You will also find a Microsoft VISIO drawing with 1 blank A4 drawing named TEMPLATE.
Please create a macro button on the template drawing called "Import excel sheet names"
When the user double clicks the Macro button a macro form will appear. It will ask the user to select an excel 2003 file from there directory. Once they have selected the file the user presses a button on the form called "create pages"
The macro will then create a new VISIO page for every sheet within the excel spreadsheet selected. It will also name each page the same name as the excel sheet names.
If the user was to select the TEST spreadsheet, the user would now have four pages in there VISIO diagram named "TEMPLATE", "Page_01", "Page_02" and "Page_03"
