We are an offshore merchant account provider and we have an online application form for banking services, but it lacks the functionality to do what we really want it to do which is to track the applicant from start to finish, with automated alerts to admin along the way. We need to be able to edit the application and send the complete file to the bank for approval, once it is complete. It needs to be able to have a reseller come and enter a merchant and then track it in the resellers account, admin will only be able to add resellers.
Being that there will be 25 a week we need great search features and different levels for applicants to come back and upload forms. Etc and banks to review just the application packages we have approved and admin needs to be able to do anything and everything.
Finally it needs to have an accounting feature that when the deal is approved and bank has accepted the application that we can come in and add the rates to merchant and our cost and then weekly we will input their volume and it will give us a total for each cost category and a final weekly payout to the merchant as well as the salesman/ reseller that brought that merchant to us.
Can u please take a look at [[url removed, login to view]] and login with this to view the current back office which is done in PHP
Please advise if this is within your scope and if so what the cost would be, please contact for any questions.
