Dedicated support Includes unlimited help desk support with 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring.
Description:: Dedicated 24x7 support by level3 administrators.
Computer engineer+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 3 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with all widely used control panels and OS. 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions. If problem is complex or time consuming then follow up mail every hr. until problem is resolved. Total 4 administrators in one team. 4th admin would be backup admin that will work during weekly/other off of other three administrators. Phone access to team for contacting datacenters/Client.
