So I have to buy the files from venders. Import the file and check for few quality check points. I need to have form designed so I can quickly fill out form describing the file(product). I would want to know who came from, date, file name, file describe/expected file, my usage, qty. cost, fields within each record, who the expected buyer is or pick from list of groups I've created for different product lines.
