Project Description: I’m looking for Readymade Software (Bulk SMS + Bulk Whatsapp Software): THAT WILL BE HOSTED ON A WEBSITE SIMILAR TO OR BETTER THAN [login to view URL] AND OR [login to view URL] Only experienced SMS Bulk Software Developer and Whatsapp Bulk Software Needs to bid. Rest of the Bidders, will not get any response from our side Project Description: 1. Bulk Whatsapp Sending Software: a) I need a website to auto bulk sending Whatsapp message. (Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent Every day or Every hour so that Whatsapp number will not get blocked) b) Can send Text (in Different Languages), Images(jpg, png, gif), Audio(mp3, wav) , Location and Video Messages (Flv, mp4) (at least 10 Mb Size). Can add signatures in free messages and Can have templates. 2. Upload List & Create Groups: Allow logged in user to upload contact list via csv, txt, xls or xlsx 3. Whatsapp Filtration: Can separate and detect the phone number into contact list to whatsapp (if have whatsapp or don’t have whatsapp) (like a scrubbing tool) 4. Report interface: Shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp (After Filtration), how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sent (must be able to download the reports in excel or PDF) 5. Credits Scoring System (Deducting of points on every sent mgs) 6. Credits Transfer System (Deducting points for message filtration) 7. White label Options for Account Owner, Resellers and Sub resellers and Credits can be transferred to them manually or automated. 8. Proxies (if needed be) 8. Ownership: Would require complete ownership of this software and I should be able to customize it completely, so would need documentation or Main Installation file. 9. Sender ID’s/Channels/Numbers: There must be the option to add them manually or Import Sender Id's via CSV or text file (They can be easily deleted if they got blocked. 10. Shopping Cart / Payment Gateway : Paypal, etc Payouts will be in 2 Stages > Payment will only be released after successful testing of the software and only via FREELANCER.com 1) Once you show me a demo and you confirm me the Time frame and assures me all the features and functionally - Demo and Installation (25% will be escrowed) once you install that API and script and confirms me its working, We will run the test for next 7 - 10 days to ensure all features promised has been added and there no glitches in using it (will release 50%) Complete Working of the Software 2) After success full implementation of it on to 1 more web servers and ongoing support for next 2 months) will release remaining 25% + 25% Complete I have VPS already. Desktop Application will not help. I need a Web Application for this. (Bid Only when you have demo ready)
