VLC interface

VLC is open-source program for viewing video files with multiple associated audio tracks. Law firm wishes to post client video online for client use only on a limited basis (no copy, no sharing, time-limited access) without requiring client to download program to his computer. We don't necessarily need to use VLC, but it is one that supports multiple audio channels and is open source. Could be accomplished through email link to video file or link to website. or.....
