AD uploader for a self serve ads

Job Description:
I'm using a self serve ad platform called [url removed, login to view], there I have a need for uploading a few hundred ads per time.
I'm looking for an ad uploader that preferably would read the data and settings from something like an .csv or if you have some other solution that would be great let me know. Please write 847 in the application so I know you read the description.
You will need to Upload a few fields of information

Body
Target URL
Bid
group
Also upload one image per ad.
