Template Tracking Script - OpenCart & osCommerce

Hello! We are a company that sells OpenCart and osCommerce templates, as well as providing services for both platforms. We are looking to lock down our license policy, as we allow one template per domain name per sale. We want to verify that this is what is happening, so we would like a template tracking script created for us. This script would have 2 parts, the main part, hosted on our server, where we could see an admin panel-type layout showing what websites all of our templates are on. The second part would be whatever code we add to the osCommerce and OpenCart template files to communicate back to the main part. We would need to assign a code to each template so that this admin layout knows which template is which, so an example would be: [login to view URL] OSC001 (Template Number) Approved [login to view URL] OSC020 Approved [login to view URL] OPN003 Not Approved So, I think we need 3 columns minimum. The site name, the template number, and the status. The status has 2 values, Approved or Not Approved. So, above is the absolute necessary features we need. Now, here are some extra features we would like, but do not absolutely need. 1. What would be nice is if we can have those 3 columns I mentioned as being non-editable, but then having more columns which can be typed in, so I can put the name, email address, etc. of the person who has that website, if I want to. 2. If this code in the template is removed, it will render the template non-functional. I want the code to be pretty securely in there. 3. ***We would really like the admin layout to use Bootstrap. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. The developer who can give us the lowest price for this and include as many or all of the extra features will be the one who receives the job. I'm not familiar with this type of work, but have 5+ years in php templating and coding, so I don't see this as being too difficult of a job. I would be expecting a bid under $100. Thanks!
