we need a Accounting Software for pharmacy that including: user type: 1 admin: including all menus 2 casher: including menus that use for sale , and reporting 3 reporter: including menus that using for reporting Menus: 1- Settings: add, Edit, Delete users, list ( sortabel ) 2- items: add, edit, delete, list ( sortable by name, brand , barcode , expire date , create date , quantity , catagory ), filter ( by expire date ) for example we need to export all projects list that expire is less than 3 months . 3- category: add, edit, delete , list 4- customers: add, edit, delete, list 5- suppliers: add, edit, delete, list 6- invoices: create invoice , list of invoices ( sortable by date , invoice number , and customer name ), search by (customer name, invoice id , date ) group or filter by ( customer name , date creation) 7- payment: make payment, list of payments ( sortable by date , invoice number , and customer name ), search by (customer name, invoice id , date ) group or filter by ( customer name , date creation) 8- Debt: we have two type of debt 8.1 company debt to suppliers 8.2 customers debt to company list of debts ( sortable by date , invoice number , and customer name ), search by (customer name, invoice id , date ) group or filter by ( customer name , date creation) ------------------------------------- We need All parts of program word property and if some where we detect the issue , developer must correct it free of charge because it is developer fault ofcurs when we have user type and privilage to see menus so we must have login system , so programmer must prevent users to open links who don't have permission. we create 3 mailstones : 1- for start the project ( 30% ) of the budgect, when interface design is completed and we accept it , then we release first mailstone 2- after interface acceptance we create another ( 30 % ) mailstone for code working , it will be realese after code testing 3- third part of the mailstone will be created in this time , the entire project will be test ( data entry and other functions ) when every thing is fine the we realese 40% remain of budget . Note : if someone have the program who maked before and has same functionality , it will be accept but need to do changes if it need.
