script for submitting advertising banners

Hi I need some one to create a system where users can submit a banner for me to place on a network of websites, I want it built so they can login to their own account and view the clicks and impressions on their own banners.

I have a classified script that has this available, but only for the admin, I would want this available to the users to be able to see their imp/clicks

You can see what I mean at [url removed, login to view] log in then click on banners

I have this script available if it would help in creating the system that I want. Thanks.
