Mobile Lab Database

Hello Bidders,

We are a mobile lab company that does blood collections and shipping them for insurance companies.

I would like a software intigration that would allow me to track incoming orders, their status, as well as have communication record (IE Talked to patient, date time etc, and the date and time stamp.)

It can be a stand alone program or php.

I have a hard time explaining what I need, so please PM for clarification.
