I own a securiy company and want to be able to have a easy to use software that tracks my employees and clients
I want to be able to add my new clients that I serving, and input their name, address and description of service we provide. etc.
I want to be able to add and delete my employees that work for my company and have their personal information stored that shows their contact information, as well as their date of hire, other things such as the uniform that has been issued and what type of garments been issued. Whether or not they are an active or inactive employee with the company.
I would like both the employee information and client information linked to one another. For example if I search for my employee John Smith, his information comes up and also shows what property this security guard is situated.
If I search for my clients information Such as ABC Night Club, it shows all their information, as well as what Security guards I have working at this location.
It should have features that prevent others from hacking or accessing it freely, since there will be highly sensitive information on it.
I want to be able to back it up easily or be able to access a back up copy some how in case the computer crashes. And for it to be able to be backed up to a simply word file or other type of software that wont require this specific software to be opened by (if possible).
