Magento Upload, year make modle, M2E integration

We have a Magento Shopping cart with "vehicle fits" (year make mode, search and part compatibility) and M2E for uploads to ebay. Essentially everything is working individually. Upload products works, vehicle fits works (year make model), uploading auctions from the shopping cart to ebay works. However I want to be able to load a product from a spreadsheet and include vehicle fitment information, and ultimately be able to send it to ebay with vehicle fitment information. Right now each step of the way it will be manual to add year make model. Upload products>apply year make model to each product one at a time for the shopping cart>create an auction and again set Year Make Modle for M2E The YMM cannot be uploaded and there is no link between vehicle fits and M2E. We have all the modules we need but they do not communicate with each other. To do so will require custom coding, if you are not a coder this is not the job for you. We are not asking for someone to install modules and configure we need module altered or created to support this activity. To make this work we need someone to custom code a solution that will allow a single upload that includes fitment information and AUTOMATICALLY update vehicle fits and then also update M2E AUTOMATICALLY.
