2) This will be a table of all coaches entries (with small photo). I should be able to "View" on to see the whole profile, edit, delete. At the top of this page I should be able to filter list to send out emails to. The sections to filter will be: Chapter, Section, Division, Name, Verified, Un Verified, Missing Payment, Missing Exam, No Coaches Clinic, No Live Scan

Snap Shot Info: Photo, first name, last name, email address, Chapter, Section, Division - The check boxes with green check mark or red X for "Paid, Exam, Clinic, Live Scan"

3) Edit test name, add test questions (some of these will include placing both text and a imbed youtube video. For each test entry I need to edit test name, question, multiple choice options and answer

4) Date, name, times, host name, contact person (name, telephone, email), location, description

5) Add image, title, description, sizes

6) Upload image, select order they appear on page

7) List of all coaches names... with a check box for "yes" or "no"

8) A list of all chapters below, their username and password. Each chapter manager will be able to to log in and see the coaches registered under their chapter. They will same same snapshot as mentioned in SECTION 2 of this document but will only have option to "view:" entries.

Chapter name --- Username (will be chapter name) --- Password (by default will be "admin") but in this section super admin will be able to edit this password.

Step 2 - View coaches snap shot with ability to click and "view" full profile

They should also have the option to select checkboxes to print out all coaches profiles

Add to existing Registration piece:

1) Take off gray menu bar from main website (home, about us, etc)

2) On logged in menu bar add: Videos, Coaches Corner, Live Scan...Take off "Coaches" in other titles. It should be:

* Home (make [url removed, login to view])

* Account Settings

* View Profile

* Exams

* Clinics

* Videos

* Coaches Corner

* Online Store

* Coupons

* Live Scan

* Contact Us

- Videos will be a video page with: Title, description and embed youtube video

- Coaches Corner will be free text page

- Live Scan will be free text

3) Change "FP" to Live Scan

Registration

4) On registration take off "Section" drop down but leave it on admin

5) In "Division" section (a) take off all colors in text (white, green, blue) and (b) add High School to drop down

6) Add 2 fields for Password and "re-type" password

7) Change "Telephone" from 1 field to 3 fields and make "Home Telephone" and "Mobile Telephone" "Work Telephone"

8) Add "Emergency Contact: Name", "Telephone", "Relationship"

Add a "* fields are required" and make everything required except for: work telephone, mobile telephone.

9) In coaches profile put a link to "view card" if all of their 4 items are complete...
