Good PHP Programmer needed for Wordpress and Amazon S3 work

I have currently a project that involves storing files in Amazon S3 securely. I am using the Amazon S3 and cloudfront plugin. I need temporary URLs to work properly - they only half work at the moment. Then I need a few links to these put into the Woocommerce product listing and the order items listing. I also have other work on an ongoing basis if this does well - something like 4-5 hours a week, maybe more if things go well. Good communication is essential - don't spend ages doing something if you are stuck. I am a programmer myself so can point you in the right direction. Budget is about $60 - $80 for this job.
