Cross Platform Based MMORPG Game

I am looking for quotes on the development of a game identical in function to [url removed, login to view], the game must be playable via the web, and be ported to be uploaded to the iPhone app store and use with other main smart phones.

It should require sign up through facebook or Twitter only, and have several elements different to the ZP website/game, specifically it should have a user interface for volunteer developers where volunteers can add blocks to the map, or items to the game.

It should also have an audio function to allow users to set up radio stations to stream music, or use UHF / walkie talkies to send short voice messages emulating radio communications.

As part of your compensation, you and / or your firm will be given extensive advertising through our public relations firm in the promotion of the game. The game will be free to play, and is intended as something that many people want to experience in a very realistic environment. You will be pimped out on my 10,000,000 viewer demographic blog and 100,000 social network presense, and will be mentioned at the video games awards 2011 during my presentation there.

Please keep the above in mind, whilst this will be a bit of a tedious project, there has been extensive interest in taking on the job already, so please big competatively, as it will be a fun and good project for a coder to get their teeth into, and will launch any small time coder into big time demand and literally -make- their career.
