Anyone can register. By Click on the Registration specify whether to register as a renter or client.

Renter offer may rent the goods. Renter will be registered through the "name" = email, "password" = password, "security code", "city" (area), in which the goods will be available. City comes from the field, which is defined in advance (about 70 area).
Renter account must be notified via email. New member = Renter get the security code in the invitation from the owner portal. The code can be used only 1 times.

Admin can see orders, but he will not change the status orders. (it is not a condition = may but also not have to.)
If client will pay for good, money from client is for renter. (cash on delivery).
