CS-Cart PHP EXPERT needed

I am currently running the most current version of CS-Cart and I need a few mods built for me. First one Is that I would like the ability to set some of my order status to auto email customers every couple of days a number I can set as well as an attachment that I can add to particular orders and that attachment is sent along with the auto email every so many days. Also I need a mod that makes the header an html section where I can add any HTML and it will accept it I understand there will be a with restriction but I want to be able to control the height with the imputed HTML.
