I have a working OpenCart ecommerce site. I need a feature added to the site that will allow people to send in items for repair. They should be able to fill out and print out forms online to send along with their item. Those same forms should be stored in the website's database along with all the customer's information. The repair should be totally manageable via the stores back end, meaning, the customer's info and return forms should be viewable via the admin and there should be a way to indicate that the item was recieved, repaired and returned. Emails should also go out to the customer telling them when their item was received, repaired and returned.
