Windows Live Sign-In form

1. I need a sign in form with an e-mail address and password field that will submit the details to Windows Live Mail (Hotmail) and automatically sign-in to the users Inbox. The form will be uploaded on a Linux based server.

2. Ideally, I would like to be able to open the Windows Live Mail (Hotmail) environment in a 'wrapper', and have the top available for loading a PHP header.

3. If possible, I would also like to be able to store the log-in details in a MySQL database. If you are able to do this, this would of course have to be secure.

The form will be used on a custom domain, so the extension will not necessarily be @[url removed, login to view] or @[url removed, login to view], but I trust this is not an issue.

I would also like to have all the steps that need to be taken to upload this on a new domain documented, so someone with limited technical knowledge could roll this out.

I'm sure many of you guys have set up similar forms a thousand times so it should be an easy project! If you need more info, just contact me! I'm looking for someone who has an eye for detail and works quick, ideally with broad experience for future projects.
