Web Site Data Collection Email System

Build a Database that will collect information from site viewers in two places, then send out email to those people inviting them to participate further by sending a prewritten email that will be in part populated by information from the web site. Project includes: Setting up, defining a MySQL Database, Setting up the email system to work with the Database, scripting for the five web pages to collect and display data and defining web pages for visitors to access an appropriate portion of the database information.
