Shopperpress errors mainly in shopping basket

Budget $30-250 USD

The site is using the Shopperpress theme and has a problem with the cart, which when doing a search on Google seems quite common. As soon as an item gets added to the shopping card and you click on the checkout, it takes you to a page saying no items exist in the cart. We have tried disabling all plugins but this doesn't work.

This needs to be sorted as soon as possible.
