53966 Move site, php form fixes, PGP

We are taking over hosting and maintenance of [login to view URL] need to move it to our server and do some script changes, need thawte ssl cert transferring, our server is Red Hat with cpanel small brochure site with a PHP order form that uses PGP to encrypt emails sent to the office, I can't tell if it uses a back end database already but we want one adding if it doesn't. user doesn't require content management A quick review of the web site is below The web site order form is coded in php, if we can't get ftp access to the current server to copy the current order form you will need to re-code it. If the web site doesn't already use MySQL database you need to add that so that customer/order deatails are stored. I want you to review the web site as well in case I missed anything else where it can be improved. My Web site review Should be a much more obvious "Order online" link from Home Page On "contact us" the email address should be a clickable link There should also be a contact form for people who don't have access to email on the computer they're using. From bouqet page, clicking link "Click here to order this bouquet online >> Should select the Bouqet from the list on the order form. On Order form *"Date you would like your flowers delivered*:" should not allow dates before today (or next working day if a non-working day) plus ?1 working day for delivery On "**Senders Details" form Fields are marked as mandatory but the form allows me to leave them blank On "*Payment Details" form Card number allowed me to enter an invalid card number, there is a calulation we can use to prevent mistakes and only allow valid numbers to be entered Expiry date defaults to Jan 2004, it should default to current month/year, we don't want any invalid cards No option to enter card address different to sender address Before submitting my order, I wasn't presented with a summary to check, I had no way to print out a copy of my order. There were no marketing questions: Where did you hear about us? Would you like us to email you details of special offers? Would you like us to send you reminders before any special occasions? With check boxes for national days e.g. Mothers day, and boxes toallow visitor to enter their own occasion(s) and date(s) After submitting my order I didn't receive an automatic confirmation email containing the order details, ths should state "automatic confirmation only, order is not accepted until you receive a 2nd confirmation from our shop staff." No question "Would you like us to store your details for future orders?" with option to enter a password. No data protection statement on the site. Search engine issues None of the images have text alternatives so they are meaningless to some disabled people or search engine robots The menu is graphical buttons only, there should be a second text only menu at the foot of each page to make sure that search engine spider robots can find all the pages from the home page. Page titles contain no Key words Key words list is: uk, united kingdom, flower, flowers, bouquet, bouquets, arrangements, buy online Should this include named special occasions? e.g. Birthday, Mothers day What about local information? e.g. Shrewsbury, Shropshire All pages have same key words Import page should have different list e.g. Flower, Import, Colombia, Italy, France, Spain, large headed roses, etc. Google Page Rank is unranked - this should be at least 4 to get any visitors from Google can you do something about this?
