Upload form on WordPress Site
insert a form into a WordPress page or post that would allow registered users of the site to post Videos, Photos, Questions and Links...
The uploaded files could then be seen in the WordPress admin area (dashboard), perhaps in the media library
The form would need to include, Add Video, Add Photo, Question, Links (Embedding youtube or any videos possible like facebook)
I need a professional look..please not with any plugin like TDO Mini Forms or etc...
