We need some customization done for a drupal website for the registration of users. This is pretty complicated to explain so please read properly and only bid if you can actually deliver the results we require within the time frame. Thank you.
On a Drupal 6 Website, what we want to do is when a user comes to Register on the website, they fill out a special form on which we provide several different fields and buttons and check boxes. Once the user fills out the form and submits the form to become registered, all the information collected from the form must be 'merged' and saved as a PDF file.
What we mean by 'merge' is this: We already have a contract written out, so now when a user registers on the site, their information from the form they fill out is collected and placed in to appropriate fields within the written contract as a PDF file.
Our contracts are in 3 parts, the 2nd part contains schedules of services and is dependant on what was selected in the register form, and of course address details will need to be pulled and so on.
The PDF of the contract should be created automatically based on these selections and entries and then emailed, also automatically, to the client (as per address on online form) and to one of our internal email addresses. IN the body of the email there should also be template text instructing client on what needs to be done next. It should also, if possible, attach a further separate document (that we will save as a default file on the drupal file system) automatically.
