Development of design plus frontend code for Website for Up and Coming building company

Site is to be developed for North Corp Building and Construction in North Queensland, Australia. Looking to promote a professional / corporate image, which isn’t dull. Needs to look professional, while pushing strong design elements. The website will be pushing the concept of us being a professional, hardworking company, not aiming at specific products. Colours should support the logo (uploaded), however obviously we want this to look as good as possible. A higher quality version of the logo will be supplied to the winner for use. SEO principles must be kept in mind while designing the website (ie: having a content block for a h1 then paragraph tag + call to action etc.). Navigation should be structured in a logical horizontal sequence along the top, with possible drop downs for better information architecture. Design should be somewhat interaction with user feedback (colour changes on mouse over etc) and create interactive designs (sliders etc) A strong footer (web 2.0 style) should be utilised to promote more information. All photos, fonts image etc but either be royalty free or have correct licensing. Keep track of any elements you use so that we can prove copyright if need be. Needs to work correctly or fall back gracefully in: - Chrome (latest, couple of versions back) - Firefox (latest, couple of versions back) - Safari (latest, couple of versions back) - Internet Explorer 7.0+ All coding needs to be done in an isolated way, so elements should not rely on other elements to display / be positioned correctly.
