Convert vBulletin 4 to phpBB3

I have a relatively large vB 4 installation with db size of around 820Mb. I'd like to get this converted to phpBB as soon as possible. This should include everything: users, posts, polls etc. If you can do this with limitation (eg. can do it otherwise, but attachments are a problem), let me know about them beforehand.
I hope you have done this before - forum is important to use, so please don't send some ready made generic post - this will not get you selected.
