56768 Clone of Website - Sky

Hi...I am looking for a clone of [login to view URL] . The site should work in the same way as this and use simular graphics and a diferent but DYNAMIC design (good colours and curved graphics / layout) which should appeal to viewers pushing Sky, Football, Adult Channels all for one price on UK Pounds - £39.99 reduced to £5.95) and downloadable movies too... When someone pays for a subscription using Paypal (IPN possible but not essential), it should then take them to a members area where there will be a page in html which I can update showing all the information. When they pay for the service, They should be sent a login and password for the membership, which lasts for a life time..Login details on the front of the website to access the members area...This page should have a banner rotation facility too for two banners at the top and two at the bottom (only if this is easy and inexpensive to do) otherwise I will just add the banner code later...and two banners at the bottom of the home page (one under the other, but this is not essential as I can add this later).I am not looking or anything complex here just a good, clean and functional site which "sells its self", looks exciting and interesting...Any wording on the existing site can be varied but simular which I may edit later (needs to be editable in frontpage)...Any other ideas would be welcome to achieve the same results but this is price sensitive...I would need the copyrights to any graphics and design...As I will need to replicate this into a few other currencies and languages later...I have other simular projects too and looking to strike up a relationship...Thank you for your interest...
